Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and professional Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition for our permanent recruitment services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and building long-term client relationships across national and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new client acquisition for permanent recruitment services through proactive lead generation
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities with national and international prospects
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns including cold calling, cold mailing, and email marketing
• Build, track, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
• Establish and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
• Understand client hiring needs and align recruitment solutions accordingly
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, contracts, and business documentation
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of recruitment services
• Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close business deals
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Skills & Qualifications
• Mandatory: Absolute fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles
• Strong expertise in lead generation, cold calling, and email marketing
• Excellent persuasive communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to excellent service
