About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive with 3 years of experience in IT services sales. The candidate must have strong expertise in bidding portals, email marketing, and project pitching, along with a solid understanding of modern technologies to effectively present and close deals. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating quality leads and managing the complete sales cycle while collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads through bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.)
- Execute Email Marketing & LinkedIn outreach campaigns for international clients
- Pitch end-to-end IT solutions to clients based on their business needs
- Understand requirements and prepare custom proposals, estimations & presentations
- Conduct client calls, demos, and presentations with confidence
- Manage complete sales cycle: Lead Generation → Qualification → Pitching → Negotiation → Closure
- Collaborate with technical teams to define project scope, timeline, and cost
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Achieve defined revenue targets and KPIs
