Role OverviewWe are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive who can handle inbound leads, attend sales calls, build relationships, and close clients for our marketing services. You will be the face of Wire Monster during sales interactions and play a key role in the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities- Attend sales calls with leads generated from our performance marketing campaigns
- Understand client needs deeply and present our agency services clearly
- Build trust, handle objections, and close deals effectively
- Follow up consistently with warm leads to maximise conversions
- Maintain accurate call records and track leads in CRM
- Work closely with the founder and ads team to align service offerings
- Bring new ideas to improve the sales process and client onboarding
- Represent Wire Monster with professionalism and strong communication skills
Requirements- 13 years of experience in sales or business development (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Confident on video sales calls (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Ability to close deals without pressure tactics
- Good understanding of digital marketing (basic knowledge is enough)
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working remotely
- Must have a laptop, stable internet, and a quiet place to take calls
