Job Summary: - We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong foundation in marketing to drive business growth through strategic lead generation, digital marketing initiatives, and effective communication campaigns.
The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between marketing and sales functions, leveraging SEO, social media platforms, and data-driven strategies to build and nurture a strong business pipeline.
Designation: Business Development Executive
Qualification & Experience:
MBA in Marketingor a related field (strongly preferred).
3-4 years of relevant experience in business development or digital marketing
Skills:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong working knowledge of SEO tools, social media analytics platforms, digital marketing systems, and mass communication channels.
Highly motivated, self-driven professional with a proactive mindset. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage targets effectively, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify, evaluate, and convert new business opportunities through structured prospecting across online platforms (LinkedIn, web research, industry databases) and offline channels such as networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
Digital Marketing & Brand Development
Plan, execute, and optimize social media marketing campaigns. Implement and monitor website SEO strategies to enhance online visibility, strengthen brand positioning, and generate qualified inbound leads.
Marketing Strategy & Market Penetration
Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to effectively position products within target segments.
Corporate Communication & Outreach
Design and manage structured communication initiatives, including email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other mass outreach programs to enhance engagement and brand recall.
Client Relationship Management
Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Ensure seamless coordination between marketing and sales teams to support lead conversion and long-term client retention.
