Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site entry-level role for a Business Development Executive, located in Surat. We're looking for freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience who are eager to start their career in B2B tech sales and AI. You'll be trained from the ground up on how to identify prospects, run outreach, qualify leads, and support client conversations — working directly with the founders on a real, growing book of business.If you're hungry to learn, comfortable on calls and email, and excited about working in AI, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify potential clients across global markets (US, UK, UAE, India)
  • Run cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp using provided scripts and frameworks
  • Qualify inbound leads from Upwork, our website, and referrals
  • Schedule discovery calls and assist founders during client meetings
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot / Notion / ClickUp) and track pipeline activity
  • Follow up consistently with prospects until they convert or clearly opt out
  • Learn the basics of AI agents, automation, and RAG systems so you can speak the language with prospects

Who We're Looking For

  • 0–1 year of experience — fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field (final-year students may also apply)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication — you'll be talking to international clients
  • Confident on calls and over text, with a friendly and professional tone
  • Proactive, self-driven, and not afraid to follow up multiple times
  • Curious about AI, automation, and how businesses use technology — no technical background required, but willingness to learn is non-negotiable
  • Comfortable with basic tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and CRMs (we'll train you on the rest)
  • Based in Surat or willing to relocate (this is an on-site role)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Any internship, freelance, or college project involving sales, marketing, or client outreach
  • Active LinkedIn presence
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or no-code platforms
