Role Description

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities for TheAdsLancer. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, generating leads, and developing proposals to close sales. Tasks include working collaboratively with internal teams to customize strategies, analyzing market trends, and achieving set sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and performance-driven platforms, such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Knowledge of marketing funnels, ad creatives, and retargeting strategies
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in performance marketing, sales, or client relationship management is a plus
