Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Business Development Executive will support the agency's growth by identifying new business opportunities, assisting in pitch creation, and helping convert leads into long-term clients. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, storytelling, and building client relationships in a fast-paced agency environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying new business leads and opportunities within the agency ecosystem.
  • Support the creation of pitch presentations and proposals including research, strategy, and integration of creative ideas.
  • Be a part of the team that pitches to prospective clients, presenting ideas in a clear, compelling way.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy) to develop pitch-ready campaigns.
  • Understand the execution side of campaigns to ensure ideas are actionable and realistic.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients by facilitating initial communication with internal operations teams.
  • Conduct basic competitor analysis and market research to support strategic pitches.
  • Gather and relay client/market feedback to the leadership team.
  • Help identify client needs and assist in shaping deliverables accordingly.

What We're Looking For:

  • 01.5 years of experience in a business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
  • A curious mind with a knack for research and understanding market trends.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and digital campaign processes is a plus.
