Job Purpose:
The Business Development Executive will support the agency's growth by identifying new business opportunities, assisting in pitch creation, and helping convert leads into long-term clients. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, storytelling, and building client relationships in a fast-paced agency environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying new business leads and opportunities within the agency ecosystem.
- Support the creation of pitch presentations and proposals including research, strategy, and integration of creative ideas.
- Be a part of the team that pitches to prospective clients, presenting ideas in a clear, compelling way.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy) to develop pitch-ready campaigns.
- Understand the execution side of campaigns to ensure ideas are actionable and realistic.
- Assist with onboarding new clients by facilitating initial communication with internal operations teams.
- Conduct basic competitor analysis and market research to support strategic pitches.
- Gather and relay client/market feedback to the leadership team.
- Help identify client needs and assist in shaping deliverables accordingly.

- 01.5 years of experience in a business development
