Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Mumbai. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, and support the development of strategic partnerships for The Riti. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential clients and partners, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting The Riti's offerings in a compelling, brand-aligned manner. The role involves maintaining and growing relationships with key accounts, tracking sales activities and performance metrics, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership. The Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align growth initiatives with brand values and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Business growth, with experience identifying opportunities and driving revenue.
  • Strong Lead Generation and prospecting skills, including research, outreach, and pipeline management.
  • Effective Account Management abilities, with experience nurturing and retaining client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Prior experience in fashion, retail, or consumer brands is an advantage, especially in women's apparel or empowerment-focused initiatives.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and basic CRM or sales tools skills are highly beneficial.
