Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Agartala for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through lead generation, building and nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, and identifying growth strategies. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business goals and meeting organizational targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong Business and Account Management skills to build and sustain client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team members
  • Analytical mindset to develop and implement effective business strategies
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is an advantage
