Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Vadodara. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities will include managing client accounts, conducting market research, drafting proposals, and supporting strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational growth and maintain strong business partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Experience in Business strategy and planning, with a results-driven approach
  • Strong Communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge and expertise in Account Management and fostering client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple accounts and projects
  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry is an added advantage
