Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in the Mohali district. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for new business, generating leads, building client relationships, and managing accounts. The role involves interacting with potential clients, analyzing market trends, and developing tailored strategies to meet organizational objectives. Successful candidates must excel in communication, negotiation, and creating value-driven partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and secure potential clients.
  • Strong skills in Business strategy and account profitability enhancement.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build effective client relationships and negotiate winning proposals.
  • Experience in Account Management, including maintaining long-term client relationships and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to align with business goals.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and other relevant tools is a plus.
