Job Title: Vendor Acquisition & Partnerships (VAP) Manager

Location: Panipat

TexKart is transforming the textile sourcing industry by connecting buyers and suppliers on a digital, fully managed B2B marketplace. We aim to simplify sourcing, ensure timely payments, and provide competitive pricing for job workers, small manufacturers, and exporters.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Vendor Acquisition & Partnerships (VAP) Manager to onboard textile suppliers, build long-term relationships, and expand TexKart's supplier network. This role requires strong communication skills, market understanding, and the ability to build trust within the textile community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new textile suppliers (Yarn, Fabrics, Trims, etc.).
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Explain TexKart's value proposition, onboarding process, and benefits to suppliers.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with suppliers.
  • Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure vendor satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate (any discipline); preference for candidates with textile background.
  • 1–3 years of experience in vendor acquisition, business development, or partnerships (textile industry experience preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.

Compensation:

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Additional: TA | DA
