Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen TMPL's presence in the machine tools, CNC, and automation sector.

- Identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads.

- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and analyze industry trends.

- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to achieve growth targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- 35 years of marketing experience in the machine tools / engineering / automation industry.

- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, customer requirements, and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools preferred.
