Business Development Executive (2 to 5 Years Experience)

Shift Timing: 4 PM to 1 AM IST (US Time Zone)

Location: India

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in demand generation and sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, confident in cold calling, and eager to make an immediate impact. This role involves managing the full demand generation cycle, driving qualified leads into the pipeline, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end demand generation including research, prospecting, database management, and lead qualification

Execute outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach and personalized messaging

Demonstrate strong ownership and a go-getter attitude to drive consistent results

Develop new sales strategies to increase opportunities and accelerate conversions

Communicate service value propositions clearly to senior decision-makers

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business needs

Work closely with the sales team to support closures and achieve targets

Contribute to sales strategy, business planning and go-to-market initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities for growth

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity and sales best practices

Ideal Candidate Profile

2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Demand Generation or B2B Sales

Proven success in cold calling and generating high-quality leads

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Confident, proactive, self-driven and motivated to build a long-term career in sales

Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools and MS Office

Ability to independently run outreach campaigns and nurture leads with minimal supervision

Comfortable working in US time zone shift (4 PM to 1 AM IST)
