Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will work directly on revenue-generating activities including lead prospecting, qualification, client meetings, and sales coordination. This is a target-oriented, performance-focused designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure in B2B sales and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients (Schools, Colleges, Healthcare, SMEs, Enterprises).
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and WhatsApp communication.
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for senior sales team.
  • Maintain structured CRM updates and pipeline tracking.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and pricing documents.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture opportunities until closure stage.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with decision-makers.
  • High ownership mindset and target orientation.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing / technology services (preferred).
  • Disciplined follow-up and CRM management ability.
