Business Development Executive – IT Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across small, mid-market, and enterprise clients
  • Lead full sales cycles for hardware, software, cloud services, and managed IT support
  • Understand customer needs and position TecSight's solutions effectively
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals
  • Drive opportunities across digital workplace, hybrid IT, and Gen-AI services
  • Develop long-term relationships with IT heads, CIOs, and business stakeholders
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets and support overall business growth
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3+ years of experience in IT sales (hardware, software, or managed services)
  • Strong communication skills with a consultative selling style
  • Ability to translate enterprise IT challenges into effective solutions
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end sales cycles
  • Relationship-oriented, with a strong customer-first mindset
  • Exposure to cloud, hybrid infrastructure, AI solutions, or staffing services is an advantage
