Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales / Lead Generation professional who has a strong background in IT services sales, understands B2B decision-makers, and can drive meetings and pipeline creation through structured outbound efforts.
This role is execution-focused, with ownership of prospect engagement, lead qualification, and appointment generation for the sales leadership team.
Job Qualification
- 7+ years of experience in outbound sales / lead generation within an IT services or technology consulting company
- Proven track record of converting cold prospects into qualified leads and appointments
- Strong experience selling or positioning:
- Software services
- Technology consulting
- Custom development / digital services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Must have closed multi-million dollar deals in software services.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Ability to engage with CXOs, Founders, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Procurement
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise decision-making
- Self-driven, disciplined, and outcome-oriented mindset
Job Responsibilities
- Own and execute outbound sales activities including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
- Convert identified prospects into qualified leads through structured discovery conversations
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments for leadership / sales teams
- Build and manage a target account and prospect list aligned with ABC Consulting's offerings
- Understand ABC Consulting's service portfolio and position value effectively during outreach
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead, activity, and pipeline data
- Work closely with sales leadership and marketing teams to align on messaging and targets
- Track outreach performance and continuously improve conversion ratios
- Handle objections professionally and nurture prospects until readiness to engage
- Ensure consistent pipeline creation aligned with monthly and quarterly goals
