About the Role

TechIndia Software is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with experience in international IT sales, Upwork bidding, and lead generation.

Location Preference: Only candidates currently based in Kanpur or willing to relocate to Kanpur should apply.

Experience: 1–3 Years

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for web development, web design, SEO, and digital marketing services.
• Find relevant projects on Upwork and submit customized proposals.
• Manage client communication, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Generate international leads through LinkedIn, cold emailing, and other online channels.
• Connect with potential clients in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain lead records and work toward business development targets.

Required Skills:

• 1–3years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
• Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
• Good understanding of web development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of lead generation, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
