Job Description

At TOA, we're a Workspace Design & Build company with over 25 years of experience creating environments that inspire performance, collaboration, and culture.

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to support our client engagement and growth initiatives. This role focuses on client coordination, CRM management, and communication, ensuring every lead and interaction reflects TOA's professional, design-driven approach.

What you'll do:

  • Call and connect with prospective clients from qualified lead lists.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain and update client data, pipelines, past projects, and communication records.
  • Support follow-ups with existing clients and assist in proposal preparation. Collect, organize, and maintain project and client data for PR use.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies to share updates, track coverage, and manage communication assets.

What we're looking for:

  • 13 years experience in business development, client servicing, or inside sales.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in architecture, interior design, or real estate preferred.
