Job Description

Teachifyy is an emerging EdTech platform focused on delivering practical, outcome-driven learning programs. We are looking for aBusiness Development Associatewho is passionate about sales, education, and building long-term customer relationships.

As a BDA, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward the right Teachifyy programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings
  • Understand student goals and recommend suitable courses
  • Convert qualified leads into enrollments
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for feedback and improvement

  • Requirements

    • 6 months to 1 year of experience inEdTech sales / inside sales / academic counseling
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills
    • Comfortable with phone-based sales and follow-ups
    • Ability to understand student needs and close sales ethically
    • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
    • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
