Job Description
Teachifyy is an emerging EdTech platform focused on delivering practical, outcome-driven learning programs. We are looking for aBusiness Development Associatewho is passionate about sales, education, and building long-term customer relationships.
As a BDA, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward the right Teachifyy programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable courses
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for feedback and improvement
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience inEdTech sales / inside sales / academic counseling
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with phone-based sales and follow-ups
- Ability to understand student needs and close sales ethically
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
