We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with prior experience in lead generation, outbound calling, B2B sales, and client handling. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify potential clients, initiate contact, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate quality leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach
Engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and pitch relevant services
Drive B2B sales through structured follow-ups and presentations
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure regular updates in CRM
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client requirements smoothly
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Requirements:
Experience: 2 to 4 years in lead generation, outbound sales, and B2B client management
Preferred Industry Background: IT Services, Real Estate, or Digital Marketing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms.
