We are looking for a proactive and engaging Business Development Executive to join our admissions team. In this role, you will connect with prospective students and parents, provide detailed information about our courses, and guide them through the admission process. Your goal will be to ensure every inquiry turns into a successful admission through effective communication, empathy, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce available courses and academic programs.
  • Explain course details, admission procedures, and institutional benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism, ensuring all questions are addressed accurately and promptly.
  • Follow up regularly with leads to ensure a smooth conversion from inquiry to admission.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead details, and follow-up records in the CRM or reporting system.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
  • Contribute ideas to improve communication strategies and student engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus).
  • A motivated, goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, student counseling, or sales (especially in the education sector) is an added advantage.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
  • Minimum qualification: Plus Two or Graduation (Bachelor's degree preferred).
