Job Description

Business Development -South and North Region

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities
  • Gaining interest through client outreach programs using LinkedIn, email nurture and other cadence
  • Partnering closely with marketing and sales functions to identify and source net new pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
  • Researching and understanding IT decision makers and create personalised outreach to multiple stakeholders in the organization to develop the opportunities
  • Providing a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction
  • Learning how to anticipate and prepare for objections
  • Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization
  • Managing a high volume of accounts with a strategy on prioritization of your accounts and time

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of business development experience in SaaS. At least 3 years in a B2B SaaS selling to CIOs/ITDMs
  • Proficiency in leveraging tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg or Zoom Info, etc.,
  • Should possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and tactful diplomacy
  • Track record of over achievement on revenue / quota goals
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a rapidly scaling, dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and groups simultaneously
  • Highly motivated, self-starter mentality with a proven ability to drive projects to closure
  • Experienced in task prioritization, workload and escalation management
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries
