Role Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new leads, building relationships, and promoting SWEEDU's SaaS solutions to educational institutions. Daily tasks include market research, creating proposals, managing accounts, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara, requiring collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with our company's mission to empower education through digital transformation.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in New Business Development, including identifying opportunities, initiating contact, and closing deals
  • Skills in Lead Generation and cultivating strong client pipelines
  • Knowledge of Business principles, customer needs, and market dynamics
  • Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in Account Management to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the education or ed-tech industry is an advantage
