Job Description

At Suraasa, we are transforming the global teaching landscape by enabling teachers to upskill, grow, and find better career opportunities.

We are looking for driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Specialists to engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them towards the right Suraasa programs.

This role involves lead engagement, consultative sales conversations, pipeline management, and achieving revenue targets through ethical and value-driven selling.

Location: Noida

Work Mode: Work from Office | 6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Sales

  • Connect with prospective customers via calls, video calls, emails, and messaging platforms
  • Understand learner needs, pain points, and career aspirations through structured conversations
  • Present Suraasa's programs clearly and effectively, highlighting value and outcomes
  • Convert qualified leads into enrolments through consultative sales discussions
  • Schedule and manage follow-ups to ensure high conversion and show-up rates

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate lead records and sales updates in the CRM
  • Track daily activities, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
  • Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and senior sales team members for smooth handovers

Performance & Growth

  • Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales targets
  • Continuously improve objection-handling, communication, and closing skills
  • Share insights and feedback to improve sales processes and learner experience

Who Can Apply

  • Graduates with strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience in inside sales, business development, customer engagement, or consultative selling is preferred
  • Freshers with excellent communication and a sales mindset are welcome to apply
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
