We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive Student Business to drive growth in our overseas education segment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with overseas education consultants and possess strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage leads and convert prospective students into successful enrollments.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage leads for overseas education and student consulting services.
Counsel students on study-abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and application processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions
Conduct presentations, seminars, and student outreach programs
Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to conversion.
Perform market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams for application processing and student support
Experience in overseas education consulting / student business development
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability in lead generation and sales funnel management
