Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive for our on-site location in Pune. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategies to acquire leads, managing client accounts, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to support business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and driving revenue growth
- Proficiency in Account Management and fostering strong client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in event management or marketing will be an advantage
