Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Pune District. The Business Development Executive will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strategic partnerships. The role also involves developing effective communication strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to identify and cultivate strategic business relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales and growth targets
• Prior experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
