Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Specialist role based in Pune. The Real Estate Specialist will manage customer inquiries, provide expert advice on real estate options, facilitate property sales, and ensure a seamless property transaction experience. The selected candidate will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients and assist in the development of real estate projects while contributing to overall sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the real estate market, including real property and real estate development
• Proven expertise in sales and customer service within the real estate industry
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients effectively
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with other real estate professionals
• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset
• Proficiency in using digital tools for property presentations and market analysis is a plus
