Job Description

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM.
  • Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
  • Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures.
  • Achieving a target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Proficient in both Hindi and English and local language is an advantage.
  • MS office Customer relationship Management, Sales, and Negotiation Skills.
  • Energy, aggression, enthusiasm, and Confidence.
  • A graduate from any discipline is preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
  • Applicant must be currently employed or serving a notice period.
