Roles and Responsibilities
New Store Expansion
Identify and evaluate potential locations for new store openings.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and internal stakeholders for site acquisition.
Support end-to-end store launch activities and ensure timely execution.
Track store opening milestones and ensure smooth operational handover.
Corporate Sales & Business Development
Generate and manage B2B sales opportunities with corporates, institutions, and business parks.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams.
Drive sales of corporate gifting, bulk orders, beverage solutions, and catering opportunities.
Negotiate commercial agreements and close business deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Projects teams to support business
growth initiatives.
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for expansion.
