Role Summary
We are hiring a motivated Business Development Executive to play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and supporting the sales cycle for enterprise software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and pitching to potential clients
- Support sales strategies and maintain a qualified lead pipeline
- Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and demos
- Maintain CRM updates and follow-up routines
- Attend client meetings and industry events as needed
Requirements
- 2-4 years of B2B sales or pre-sales experience (IT/software preferred)
- Good communication, presentation & CRM handling skills
- Bachelor&aposs in Business/Engineering (MBA a plus)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in enterprise sales
