Role Summary

We are hiring a motivated Business Development Executive to play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and supporting the sales cycle for enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and pitching to potential clients
  • Support sales strategies and maintain a qualified lead pipeline
  • Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and demos
  • Maintain CRM updates and follow-up routines
  • Attend client meetings and industry events as needed

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of B2B sales or pre-sales experience (IT/software preferred)
  • Good communication, presentation & CRM handling skills
  • Bachelor&aposs in Business/Engineering (MBA a plus)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in enterprise sales
