Role Overview
As our Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for our iGaming platform. You will engage with prospective clients (operators, affiliates, platform owners), build strong relationships, present our solution (highlighting full source-code ownership), and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and source new business opportunities in the iGaming/online-gaming sector: cold-calling, email outreach, social media, networking, referrals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to recognise trends, client needs, and growth segments.
- Qualify leads, set up meetings/demos/presentations with decision-makers (operators, platform owners).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, referrals.
- Maintain and update CRM system with lead/sales pipeline data, provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts and reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as number of leads generated, conversion rate, value of deals closed, client retention.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (preferably 2-5 years) in business development or sales, ideally in B2B sector (software, platforms, iGaming is a big plus).
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills; ability to engage with C-level clients and speak their language.
- Good negotiation skills; results-oriented mindset.
- Analytical thinking able to conduct market research, understand competitor/market dynamics, identify opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment; self-motivated, proactive, organised and able to prioritise tasks.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outplay) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and tracking.
