Business Development Executive

Role Description The Business Development Executive will work full-time on-site at our Trivandrum location, driving growth for SKILLENDORSE's training and consulting services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and managing a sales pipeline through regular outreach via calls, emails, and meetings. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B and B2Cclients, supporting account management activities, and coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The Business Development Executive will prepare proposals and presentations, and provide market feedback to refine offerings and strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have skills in business development and lead closing to identify opportunities and expand the client base.
• Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to manage relationships and support long-term client engagements.
• Candidates should have excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Hindi is an advantage for cross-regional collaboration, including clear verbal and written communication along with professional presentation abilities.
• Relevant experience in training, education, consulting, or professional services business development is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple opportunities in a structured, results-oriented manner.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience of 1 to 2 years will also be considered. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM tools, basic MS Office skills, and comfort with client-facing interactions and negotiations.
