Role Overview
We are looking for a confident Admission Counsellor (Individual Contributor) with strong B2C/EdTech sales experience to convert high-intent leads through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end B2C sales cycle management
Engage learners via calls & follow-ups
Understand career goals and recommend right programs
Achieve monthly revenue targets
Maintain CRM and sales processes
Candidate Profile
Graduate (MBA preferred)
15 years Inside Sales experience (EdTech ideal)
Strong communication & closing skills
Target-driven, self-motivated
Immediate joiners /7 days notice preferred
Ready for face-to-face interview in Bangalore
