Job Description – Business Development Executive
Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Nagpur
Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Identify and connect with new vendors, clients, and companies for business tie-ups.
* Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners.
* Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
* Conduct meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations with potential clients.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain records of client interactions and business development activities.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Required Skills:
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
* Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement experience.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups effectively.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Candidate should have prior experience in sales and business development.
* Experience in vendor management and corporate tie-ups will be an added advantage.
* Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented professional.
