Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement cum Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves collaborating with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and clients, understanding their technical and commercial requirements, and ensuring smooth procurement and business development processes.
key Responsibilities:
Collaborate and coordinate with OEMs and clients regarding technical equipment requirements.
Understand and analyze client needs, queries, and technical specifications.
Schedule, organize, and participate in meetings with OEMs and clients.
Conduct research on key manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers to expand business opportunities.
Maintain accurate procurement and client data records using MS Excel.
Draft and manage professional email communication with clients, OEMs, and internal stakeholders.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and related documentation.
Support business development activities by identifying potential markets and opportunities.
Ensure smooth procurement processes while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation engineering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, data management, and email drafting.
Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
