Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to manage and expand business with HORECA chains and distributor partners. The role focuses on onboarding national/regional chains, strengthening distributor relationships, and driving volume-led growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard HORECA chains (hotels, QSRs, restaurant chains, cafs)
- Develop and manage distributor and channel partner relationships
- Drive secondary sales through distributors and ensure target achievement
- Negotiate commercials, pricing, and contracts with chains and distributors
- Work closely with distributors on market coverage, visibility, and promotions
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline through CRM or reports
- Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and operations teams
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the HORECA segment
Requirements:- Prior experience working with HORECA chains and/or foodservice distributors
- Strong understanding of distributor-led sales and channel management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Target-oriented with strong execution skills
- Willingness to travel as required
