Role Summary
Shree HR Services is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth in our Apprenticeship Services (NAPS/NATS). The role will focus on identifying potential employers, promoting apprenticeship hiring solutions, and building long-term client relationships through structured business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and develop business for Apprenticeship Programs under NAPS and NATS
- Identify and generate new employer leads through multiple sourcing channels, including:
- Professional networks (LinkedIn)
- Corporate websites and online directories
- HR portals and industry databases
- Referrals and market networking
- Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls, emails, and formal meetings
- Present apprenticeship solutions highlighting cost efficiency, statutory benefits, and compliance support
- Understand client workforce requirements and recommend suitable apprenticeship models
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure timely closures
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution of apprenticeship engagements
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and MIS reports
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience or strong interest in Apprenticeship, Skill Development, or HR Consulting
- Knowledge of Apprentices Act, 1961, NAPS, and NATS is desirable
- Ability to independently source and qualify decision-maker contacts
- High level of professionalism, persistence, and result orientation

- Strong negotiation and follow-up capabilities
- Analytical approach to understanding client requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic reporting
