- 5+ Years of experience selling in the US and Canadian market.
- Experience selling software services. Mobile, MEAN MERN stack, Magento (eCommerce) etc
- Experience in managing profiles and portfolios on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, We Work Remotely, etc
- Experience in end to end sales using platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, We Work Remotely, etc
- Proven track record of consistent and persistent lead generation and sales on above stated platforms
- Experience in managing a team of sales executives working on above stated platforms
- Flexible to work in various time zones as per work requirements
Functional Responsibilities
- Manage existing Upwork profiles and portfolios.
- Plan, execute and upgrade lead generation process on Upwork.
- Explore and expand to other bidding/freelancing channels like Fiverr, Toptal, We Work Remotely, etc
- Take complete ownership and generate consistent and persistent business using platforms mentioned above.
- Follow-up with prospects, sense opportunities, generate meetings and close the deals
- Build and maintain an accurate prospect / customer database by profiling and capturing relevant customer and prospect information.
- Communicate with internal teams to create feature lists, ballparks, estimates, proposals, etc
- Working in sync with managers and team to meet desired sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience handling International clients (The US., Canada, UK, Ireland, etc) -MBA/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in selling IT software development
- Flexible to work in various time zones as per work requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
- Very good in Oral and written English communication skills
- Experience of working with HubSpot
