Job Title: Business Development Executive - Real Estate (Brickviz)

Company: Brickviz (Real Estate Discovery and Investment Platform)

Location: Bangalore (Hoskote) On-site, in-office role near Sobha New Hoskote project

Employment Type: Full-time (Post Probation)

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive responsible for calling potential clients, conducting site visits, and closing deals. This is a target-driven role suited for individuals who want to build a strong career in real estate sales and investments.

Key Responsibilities

Call and qualify potential clients from provided and self-generated leads

Understand client requirements such as budget, location, and purpose of purchase

Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients

Accompany clients to project sites and explain property details clearly

Build strong client relationships and guide them through the buying journey

Handle negotiations and ensure successful deal closures

Maintain regular follow-ups and update internal tracking systems

Coordinate with builders and internal teams for smooth execution

Probation and Performance Criteria

The role includes a probation period of 3 months

The candidate is expected to close a minimum of 1 deal per month or a total of 3 deals during the probation period

Successful achievement of targets will lead to confirmation as a full-time employee

In case of non-performance, the candidature may be discontinued

Compensation

Salary during probation will be 25,000 per month

Post probation salary will be 30,000 per month along with incentives which are negotiable

Additional incentives will be provided based on deal closures with strong earning potential

Required Skills And Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in real estate, property sales, or investments

Ability to handle client conversations and negotiations confidently

Willingness to travel for site visits

Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Basic understanding of sales processes is an advantage
