Job Description

  • Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
  • Engage with marketing heads, business owners, founders, and decision-makers to understand their business and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct discovery calls and consultative discussions to identify customer pain points and position suitable marketing automation solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal sharing, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and update all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing practices, marketing technology solutions, and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings whenever required.

  • Additional Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Digital Marketing Agency Sales, Marketing Solutions Sales, SaaS Sales, or Marketing Technology Sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, customer engagement, campaign management, and marketing automation.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling approach.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
