About the Role:
Karizma Konnect is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive / Senior Executive to expand its Recruitment Consultancy vertical. The role focuses on acquiring new clients and building long-term business relationships for mid to senior-level hiring mandates across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across PAN India (excluding South region)
- Generate business opportunities for recruitment services, especially for managerial and leadership-level positions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Understand client hiring requirements and align recruitment solutions accordingly
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of mandates
- Negotiate terms of business and close deals with prospective clients
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Key Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development within Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing Industry
- Strong experience in onboarding clients for mid to senior-level hiring (Manager and above roles)
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good understanding of corporate hiring practices and industry trends
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience handling PAN India clients (excluding South region exposure is acceptable)
- Strong network of HRs, decision-makers, and business leaders
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
