Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly self-driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist / Business Development Executive with experience in IT staffing. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives in an independent environment and can drive sales without extensive support or a large team.The candidate must be capable of generating business opportunities, acquiring new clients (new logos), and closing deals within a short timeframe.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients in India and US markets for IT staffing services
  • Develop and execute independent sales strategies to generate leads and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Leverage existing industry connections to accelerate business growth
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure timely delivery of client requirements
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue and client acquisition targets

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT staffing sales / business development
  • Strong network and existing connections in the staffing industry (India/US markets preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals independently and deliver results quickly (within 1–2 months)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
