About Opportunity :

Nestor Services is partnering with SmartDoor Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing PropTech platform, to support its expansion across key markets.

SmartDoor is transforming how properties are accessed and visited by enabling secure, keyless entry and self-guided property visits for banks, financial institutions, and real estate stakeholders.

This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of real estate, banking, and technology, with direct exposure to on-ground business execution.

Role Overview :

We are looking for field-driven Business Development Executives who can build strong local networks, acquire property inventory, and manage on-ground execution.

This is a high-ownership role combining sales, relationship management, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Acquire property inventory from Banks, NBFCs, and HFCs
  • Build relationships with brokers, CAs, and investors
  • Manage property onboarding, listing, and activation
  • Coordinate installation/uninstallation with field teams
  • Capture and upload property photos/videos
  • Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups

Preferred :

Engineer or MBA (Freshers can apply)

OR

Graduate with 1+ years of experience in:

  • Real Estate
  • Banking / NBFC
  • Field Sales / Operations

Requirements:

  • Own two-wheeler (mandatory)
  • Own laptop (mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel and work on-field
  • Ability to manage and store company-provided equipment
