We are hiring candidates for a Business Development / Sales / Coordination role involving a mix of lead generation, client interaction, and sales support activities.
This role is suitable for candidates from Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, Inside Sales, or Sales Coordinator backgrounds who are looking to grow in a client-facing role.
Key Responsibility
- Generate and qualify leads using platforms such as Google Maps, LinkedIn, and IndiaMART
- Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Support the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, accounts) for smooth execution
- Maintain client database and sales records
- Build and manage client relationships
- Assist in tracking sales pipeline and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 14 years of experience in BDE / Sales Executive / Inside Sales / Sales Coordinator roles
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable with client interaction and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
