Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad for a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building long-term relationships with merchants and partners. The role also involves meeting sales targets, understanding market trends, and effectively communicating PhonePe's value proposition to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong communication skills and relationship management abilities
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining and growing client relationships
- Solid understanding of sales strategies and processes
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in fintech or digital payments is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
