Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and post-sale relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMBs and enterprise clients to drive growth.
- Develop and execute targeted strategies to acquire and retain high-value clients.
- Meet/exceed sales targets through opportunity identification and deal closures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform business strategy.
- Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Track and report sales activities, performance, and pipeline to leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years experience selling Digital Marketing, Accounting, SaaS, Consulting, or Tech solutions to SMBs or enterprises.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing large accounts with a focus on client success.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable building from 01.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and enterprise sales processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to deliver tailored client solutions..
