Business Development Executive - Rzler Suiting (Corporate B2B and B2C Sales)

Position Overview

Rzler Perfumes and Rzler Suiting seek a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive corporate B2B sales growth. This role focuses on expanding our premium perfume and suiting product lines into B2B channels, targeting corporate gifting, employee wellness programs, hospitality partnerships, and retail/wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve revenue targets in a competitive luxury goods market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify B2B prospects in corporate sectors, hotels, event management firms, and uniform suppliers for perfumes and suiting fabrics.
  • Generate leads through cold outreach, networking events, trade shows, and LinkedIn to secure meetings and proposals.
  • Develop customized sales strategies and presentations highlighting Rzler's premium quality, customization options, and bulk pricing for corporate clients.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating contracts to meet monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales pipeline, analyze performance metrics, and report on KPIs like conversion rates and revenue growth using CRM tools.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities (e.g., luxury fabric and fragrance markets), and regulatory standards for B2B gifting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 2-4 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in FMCG, apparel, perfumes, or luxury goods
  • Strong understanding of corporate sales cycles, negotiation, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for pitching to C-suite executives.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
