Business Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and fostering strong client relationships. Daily tasks include preparing business proposals, coordinating with internal teams for customer requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive revenue growth.

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify market opportunities and generate new clients
• Knowledge of Business operations and Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships
• Strong Communication skills to handle negotiations, presentations, and client interactions effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and business tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry will be advantageous
